This is where the wholesale foods business started. I found this space in the middle of the downtown bus station. We were open for bus riders to come up and eat sushi. When the wholesale sushi business started growing, I took out the seating and made this restaurant one big kitchen inside. The wholesale sushi to grocery stores and coffee shops became more popular than the walk up sushi at this location.
